Celtic in origin, Terry and Lynn Forrest now live in Cornwall, England. What brought them individually to this ancient land is the same – to live a life more in harmony with their surroundings and in tune with their dreams.

To ‘get out of the Rat Race’ and make a life that isn’t focussed on what you’ve got and how much you can earn is what drove them both to up sticks and move out of the city. However, the right to earn a decent living via ethical means through true values, is what drives them. This has meant learning how to integrate sometimes incongruous values with current commercial ones. Not always the easiest way to get ahead! They now have over 20 years experience between them in the field of complementary health and spiritual development. Coupled with their original career expertise in sales and marketing, corporate organisation and events management; plus their own experiences of family life, they can understand a wide range of personal and organisational scenarios.

Beginning her metaphysical background in 1990, Lynn’s healing skills have evolved through training in Kinesiology, meditation, sound, colour, crystals, metamorphic technique, counselling, creative visualisation, spiritual healing, channelling, Usui Tibetan Reiki, earth healing and ancestor work. Since 1998 Lynn has been a founder member of the Cornwall Seed of Life Group, involved in earth healing and land based spiritual ceremony and celebration.

Always keeping her small private healing practice, Lynn created the Complementary Health Initiative in 1999, encouraging complementary health practitioners and the NHS to work together for an integrated health service in Cornwall. In 2004 she was Ordained as a Reverend in the international Madonna Ministry, confirming her commitment to an integrated way of life and living her spiritual truth.

In order to move forward you first need to go back and assess the journey to date. terry had spent the best part of twenty years within the I.T. industry before re-assessing his life and relocating to Cornwall. He decided he could use his business experience in finance, sales and marketing, which included senior roles such as UK Marketing Manager, European Business Manager and UK General Manager, to better effect. Those roles however, were all encompassing and easily allowed for a complete loss of balance in life’s values. Moving to Cornwall and training as a Reiki practitioner and Master over the last five years has allowed him to combine his spiritual way of life with past business experience, to help enhance and grow individuals and businesses in an ethical manner. terry’s attraction to all things spiritual grew from an interest in the Native American way of life and his curiosity about Buddhism. Now he combines his spiritual understanding with a wider practicality applicable
for both himself and others as a holistic business consultant.

From their base overlooking Carbis Bay, where the sea meets ancient Celtic land, Lynn & terry work to integrate all their teaching into everyday life. They live what they teach and share what they learn. Creating a new paradigm for living in the 21st Century is part of their Soul Purpose.

Kerry Horner has recently joined Just One Option, bringing with her the additional therapies of reflexology, hot stone therapy, hopi ear candles and massage. Like Lynn and terry, a reassessment of life’s values lead Kerry away from a desk bound job in Human Resources, but let her remain working closely with people after qualifying with distinctions as an HND Beauty and Complementary Therapist. Kerry’s experience has encouraged her to appreciate the benefits of complementary therapies that treat the whole person, and when the opportunity to join Lynn and terry with their holistic approach arose, it was a destiny fulfilled!
